Ordering

Placing an order through this website is an offer to buy. Your order is confirmed once payment has been processed successfully and you receive a confirmation email with your order number.

Everything is baked to order, so we ask for at least 48 hours’ notice. The checkout will not accept a date sooner than that.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Canadian dollars. Payment is taken in full at checkout and processed securely by Stripe. We accept the cards and wallets Stripe makes available, including Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Pickup and delivery

We offer scheduled pickup and local delivery within Ottawa and Gatineau. We will confirm your pickup or delivery window before the date. Please make sure someone is available to receive a delivery, we cannot leave fresh dessert unattended.

Any delivery fee or minimum order will be shown clearly at checkout before you pay.

Changes and cancellations

Because everything is made fresh to order, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel. We will always do what we reasonably can, but once preparation has begun we may not be able to offer a refund.

Allergies

Our kitchen handles wheat, dairy, eggs, sesame, and tree nuts. We cannot guarantee that any product is free from traces of these ingredients. Each product lists its ingredients and allergens, please read them, and contact us before ordering if you have any concern.

Catering

Catering is quoted individually. A catering inquiry is not a confirmed booking; your event is only confirmed once we have agreed the details and quote with you in writing.

The recipes, photography, and text on this site belong to Dessert Garden. Please do not reproduce them commercially without permission.
